Shipping and Returns Policy
If your order has been placed by 2PM EST, it will be processed and shipped out within the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We’ll send you an order confirmation with tracking details so you can track your package.
Please allow 2-5 business days after shipping for delivery via UPS Expedited Shipping or similar shipping carriers .
If you have any questions regarding the status your order, you can access your order information through ‘My Orders’ under your profile icon or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can look into it for you!
We’re sorry to hear that your products didn’t work out. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number, the products you’d like to return, and your reason for return.
Before making a return, please ensure that
1. The product was purchased within the last 60 days and is not a final sale item.
2. The product is in its original packaging.
3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All refunds are processed back to your original form of payment. Refunds are calculated automatically by our system and we cannot accept any special requests. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns are up to the discretion of POS Paper Company and qualification for refund is not guaranteed.
